I studied Eastern principles of transformation for years and became a Master Healer.

I studied Western science and became an academic specializing in human growth and potential.   

Blending the two disciplines I finally achieved my goal of effortless Ideal Body Composition (and spoiler alert—it was/is totally aligned with my purpose and best self) after a lifetime of struggle.

After years of experimentation, trial, error and working with women from all different physical, mental, emotional and spiritual backgrounds—I eventually designed a fool proof method and strategy that allows everything standing in your best body’s way to be released. So your best body may unfold at its finest! I swear by it! It’s been a secret weapon of my students for years.

About our founder...

Laura-Lee Bowers was raised studying ballet and eating healthy but still had a lifelong struggle with her weight. When she started cooking in high-end restaurants to fund her travels, she began studying nutrition intently. 

She moved to Asia and was mentored in Eastern healing methods, meditation and yoga. 

She then spent half a decade comparing what she’d learned to Western science and graduated in first class standing from a brilliant, small, University where she was doted on by some of the nation’s finest scholars.

She found proof in every area she studied that what you really want you’re meant to have. She proved that anyone can get to any goal – easily – if it’s truly what they want. She developed methods that uncover what’s blocking our dream lives from emerging, making your best body, and best life, easier than staying the same.

 She gave up her career as a promising young academic to educate everyone like her – who has a dream they feel they need to fulfill – with data-backed solutions to achieving their ideal bodies by uncovering their ideal selves.
